Julia Fiona Roberts, born 28th October 1967 on the 28th of October, 1967 in Atlanta in the United States to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is from the fourth generation of Roberts family who resided in Atlanta. This began with her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts who was farmer. Her father was an early interest in the stage. When he was studying at Emory University, he performed on stage in a number of shows in Atlanta. While stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi, he was inducted into the airforce in the year 1953. Betty Lou Bredemus was in that production as well. Eric Anthony was their first born. The couple got married in the year. Walter went to Tulane University New Orleans Louisiana following his departure from the Air Force in 1957. Walter was recruited as a technician by Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to be a part of the production team for the show Bum Bum and His Buddies, which aired in Decatur Georgia. In 1964 Walter as well as Betty Lou began production on a local children's Saturday morning television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies which they financed their own. They established an Actors and Writers Workshop in the same year, which lasted about six years. They also had two children Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965 and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
