April Bowlby has been an American actor and model for more than 20 years. The actress was known as Kandi, Stacy Barrett and Rita Farr from the CBS Comedy series Two and a Half Men. April Michelle Bowlby (born April Michelle Bowlby) is an American actress best known for portraying Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva as well as Kandi the TV sitcom Two and a Half Men. The model began her career in modeling before moving into film as well as television. Her first appearance on small screen was as an extra in the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation followed by single-episode appearances in other series. A few years later her most memorable part as Kandi was on Two and a Half Men. The role she played as Stacy Barrett in the popular series Drop Dead Diva has earned Bowlby an immense amount of attention across the globe. She played Rita Farr/Elastigirl. She was a frequent character on the American show Titans. In a spin-off series that will be called Doom Patrol, she will return to the character. Bowlby is also well-known by her TV appearances in Sands of Oblivion (a TV film) and The Wrong Daughter. She made her big-screen debut in the movie All Roads Lead Home and then appeared in other films including The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. Bowlby is known for her appearances on various TV shows, including CSI (as Kaitlin in 2004), CSI: NY (as Jenny Lee in 2006), Freddie: Sydney in 2005 and The Stacked Show: Jasmine 2007 and How I Met Your Mother: Meg in 2007. Recently, Bowlby took on the role as Natasha in All Roads Lead Home a film from 2007 about a twelve year old girl that loses her mother in an automobile collision. Bowlby is starring in the film as Mia the main character for The Slammin Salmon (2008). She lives in Los Angeles. Her hair is naturally red and blue eyes. She's a single mother of no children.
