Before signing to 'Capitol Records' several of her tracks were shelved. Her studio album "One of the Boys" was a huge success and represented a moment in the career of the musician. She became professionally singing and she hasn't looked back since. Her next album, "Teenage Dreams', became a hit with music fans as well as one of the most popular albums ever. The album was the catalyst for many record-breaking albums and established Katy Perry's status as a prominent performer. Perry has earned her name not only for writing songs and recording them but as well for her charity work and charitable work, is a person with a broad range of passions. She's also a defender of LGBT rights.
